Wandia is an executive recruitment professional and lawyer with experience spanning across the talent consulting, legal and start-up spaces in Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond.

She is currently a Senior Executive Recruitment Consultant at Agri Frontier and brings with her experience in the recruitment of leadership roles at board, C-suite and senior management level in the industrial, agribusiness, FMCG, telecommunications, technology, banking, NGO, and financial services sectors across sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to joining Agri Frontier she worked in Executive Search at Career Connections (an affiliate of Korn Ferry).

She holds a degree in Law from Strathmore University and is also a certified Hogan assessment feedback provider.
