Matthew joins us as a Senior Climate & Agri Development Consultant within our Consulting division. He has extensive experience as a Management Consultant, primarily in the Financial Services industry, with a subject matter focus on Sustainable Finance and climate risk management.

His latest role was a Strategic Initiatives Fellow at TechnoServe where he worked on an Agri-business Technical Assistance pilot program design for the Uganda Dairy sector. He has also worked at rePATRN in Ghana and BCS Consulting, part of Accenture in London as a Principal Consultant.

Delivering change in large multi-national and global banks across Finance and Risk functions, Matthew has worked on complex programmes with a regulatory focus. He is focused on international development and climate change issues to create sustainable change for people and planet, including: inclusive business and supply chains, value chain development, market systems development, climate resilience, adaptation and mitigation, carbon markets, risk management.
